Diana Walker joins Brunswick Group as a Partner in New York

Brunswick further strengthens its global Business & Society practice and ESG expertise.

Brunswick Group, the world’s leading critical issues firm, today announced that Diana Walker will join as a Partner in the New York office on September 7, focused on corporate social impact strategies related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. 

Diana has spent more than 15 years working with corporations, governments, investors and non-profits to develop and attain ambitious ESG goals through organizational change and social leadership initiatives. She joins Brunswick from Walker Impact Strategies, the consultancy she founded and has led since 2014 to build shareholder value for Fortune 500 companies through social impact strategies. 

Diana will join Brunswick’s Business & Society practice group, which is expanding globally and where she will advise many of the world’s largest organizations on a wide of breadth of critical societal issues.

About Diana Walker
Diana has spent more than 15 years working with CEOs and the executive leadership of large organizations in the public and private sector to develop ambitious environmental and social impact initiatives supported by a variety of stakeholders.

Most recently, she was founder and CEO of Walker Impact Strategies, a consulting firm she created in 2014 to deliver social impact strategies, partnerships and initiatives for a range of global clients.

Previously, Diana spent over a decade with the United Nations Foundation, holding various roles including Senior Director of Partnership Initiatives and Managing Director of the Global Entrepreneurs Council, where she built public/private partnerships with the corporate, government and non-profit sectors. She was seconded to the White House during the Obama Administration to work on national community service initiatives and global women’s issues. She also held roles in the 2008 Democratic National Convention Committee and the 2008 Obama for President campaign. Diana was a Steering Committee Member of Clean Energy for Biden during the 2020 presidential campaign, is a member of the Board of Counterpart International and co-chair of the International Advisory Group of Travalyst.
